Returns and refunds are only available for damaged or incorrect orders.
All returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Once your order has been sent we will be we will be unable to process refunds due to change of mind or circumstances.
If your item is faulty or there’s a quality problem we are here to help and ask that you email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist your further.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be sent back unused and in the same packaging and same condition it was sent in.

It is your responsibility to post the product back to us via parcel post with tracking. This way we are both able to see it’s process in transit. Once the item has been received by us, it will be checked and the refund processed within 24hrs. If the item has been returned in a poor condition, we may be able to offer you a store credit, however we do have right of refusal if it doesn’t meet our return standards.
